At Volley Salt, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after purchase.
Because Volley Salt is produced in small batches, orders are prepared and shipped on a limited schedule. During periods of high demand, additional processing time may be needed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to communicate with you.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates are based on the number of jars purchased:
- 1–2 jars: $3.99 flat-rate shipping
- 3 or more jars: Free shipping
Estimated delivery times after shipment are typically 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control may occur.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Volley Salt is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of any damaged product or packaging so we can assist you.
We will work with you to resolve the issue and make things right whenever possible.
